The environmental conditions of the property are being remediated directly by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (the NJDEP) which assumed responsibility over five years ago. The sellers have no knowledge of the environmental condition of the status of remediation of the property. The NJDEP has advised that the status of remediation can be ascertained through the NJDEP's publicly available online database, Data Miner, or through the submission of a request for the site file pursuant to the Open Public Records Act.
