Stephen and Donna represented my husband and me as our Realtors® for the purchase of our first home, in Orange County. The MLS system they set us up in with email alerts was very helpful and every time we were emailed a home that we were interested in viewing we were able to reach out to Stephen and quickly set up an appointment. They were very responsive by phone or text. We searched with them for a little under one year. Once we found the home we liked they immediately performed the comps, shared a recommended price, and called the listing agent to place our offer. The actual closing went very smoothly. Being that was going to be our first home purchase we had a lot of questions and Donna and the Ramundo team made sure that we felt comfortable and educated during the whole process. This process wasn't a short and easy one yet long and frustrating but Donna was there for us the whole time. She responded in a timely manner when I had questions or wanted to go to an open house. Even when I saw a home the night before she made the house viewing happen the next day. If for some reason she wasn't around she had a member of her team show up (who were all also great).
