About Peter Ramundo

For more than a decade, Peter Ramundo, a key member of The Ramundo Team, has been actively involved in the real estate market, holding licenses in both New York and New Jersey. His primary focus has been investment properties across both residential and commercial sectors. He regularly works with banks and hard-money lenders to identify below-market opportunities, reposition properties through strategic renovations, and maximize long-term rental value.

In addition to his own investment work, Peter works closely with buyers and sellers at every stage of the real estate process—whether assisting clients with the purchase of turnkey homes, identifying value-add opportunities, or preparing properties for sale through targeted renovations designed to increase market value and returns.

Peter has also served as the General Manager of CertaPro Painters of North Bergen County, part of the largest painting company in the country. This experience strengthened his operational, project-management, and renovation expertise, giving clients a distinct advantage when evaluating property improvements and managing renovation timelines.
