Stephen Ramundo is a licensed real estate professional with over nine years of experience serving clients throughout New York and New Jersey. Originally from Rockland County, NY, he relocated to Orange County in 2016—the same year he earned his real estate license—and has since built a career focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence and clarity.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Centenary University and began his professional sales career with Verizon, where he worked from 2012 to 2019. His background in sales strengthened his communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills, which he now applies full-time to real estate.

Since transitioning fully into real estate, Stephen has been recognized as a New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award recipient every year since 2022—an achievement that reflects his consistent performance and dedication to his clients.

Known for his honest guidance, strong market knowledge, and personalized approach, Stephen works closely with each client to ensure a smooth, informed, and results-driven experience—whether they are buying their first home, selling a property, or making a strategic investment.

Outside of real estate, Stephen is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys traveling, skiing, exploring national parks, visiting local breweries, and recently began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a discipline that mirrors his professional mindset of strategy, focus, and continuous improvement.
